This is my FAVORITE of all! I couldn’t stop sniffing my wrists! That fig and sandalwood are so amazing!!! I just bought a travel spray the day after sampling it!! Such a beautiful scent!!!!
Sirius is warm, figgy magic—like being wrapped in a perfectly worn cashmere sweater that smells like tea, spice, and comfort… but make it sexy. This scent is cozy, elevated, and utterly addictive.
The opening is a stunning swirl of cardamom, ripe fig, and creamy vanilla, touched with a hint of pink pepper and the sparkling resin of elemi. It’s instantly inviting, like the golden light at dusk.
Then the heart steepens into something deeper—lush osmanthus and perfectly brewed black tea add an earthy sophistication that grounds the sweetness beautifully.
The drydown is where the real magic happens. Mysore sandalwood, smooth tonka, soft vetiver, and glowy resins (benzoin and olibanum) create a finish that feels like warmth radiating from within. It’s plush, polished, and just keeps getting better the longer it’s on your skin.
Totally unisex. Totally addictive. Totally Sirius.

This scent is stunning. Immediately full sized this one after getting my nose on the sample, and I've already put a dent in that too! Sirius is a little soft and not overpowering, not overly sweet at all. It comes across to me as chai spices over a soft and more green but creamy fig, with soft black tea notes. It's beautiful and cozy and honestly a very comforting scent. I get approximately 4-6 hours of longevity, with a more personal scent bubble (not a skin scent, but definitely work-appropriate levels of projection).
This is what happens when Gris Charnel and Meander have a baby that's raised by IF by R.K. This is sexiness and class in a bottle. Worth every penny. I need to buy more before this house becomes popular and the price goes up.
A slightly sweet, chai spiced fragrance that I sprayed once and was immediately like yeah, I'm gonna need 10000 ml of this. Con: it isn't super strong or long lasting to my nose. I sprayed this near 30 times trying to get it to last (on skin and clothing) and maybe I'm just nose blind to it but it fades to a very pleasant but subtle woody note with a faint whiff of tea within 30 min or so. I'd love a bolder version of this because the scent itself is INCREDIBLE. My fall staple for sure, but I will reapply a lot ig.
I didn't get any of the pink pepper or cardamom notes in the opening, and I missed any sense of osmanthus or black tea in the heart. I could detect the vetiver and that's sort of where this lingered on my skin. These notes sound spectacular but I appreciate the unfolding process when wearing a fragrance so Sirius fell a bit flat in my book.
I ordered a sample of this perfume and loved it so much. It blends beautifully and I cannot wait until my full bottle arives.

Based on the notes, I expected this would be my favorite and I was right. Fig perfectly blends the earthy wood and spicy chai. It is absolutely beautiful.
This scent is so addictive. Im a complete and total sucker for fig fragrances, and the additiona of chai and sandalwood sealed the deal for me. I blind bought a travel size of this along with the discovery set, and I have no regrets. Its beautifully blended. The spices make it warm and cozy without being suffocatingly sweet. Theres something a little edgy in it too, perfectly matching the black and white listing photo. It feels wearable year round, with the weather of each season bringing out different qualities.
I’m honestly mad that it took me until now to try this house. I usually steer clear of sweet and gourmand leaning fragrances because they trigger my migraines and tend to feel teenagery, but all the scents I sampled from MdA have been absolutely beautiful and (personally) migraine-friendly.

On my skin it smells like Malai Kulfi - indian ice cream which I get more I think because of the cardamom but there is also a creaminess to it.
This is very chic. I, unfortunately, am not. I want to be that girl that wears this and adores it and pulls it off. The one who can dress in white without fear of finding a grease spot or pen mark on herself at the end of the day. The one who lives in a spotless loft in some glamorous city and walks in Louboutins flawlessly. I can see the draw of this fragrance the same way I can understand why people love skiing and shopping at little boutique stores for expensive clothes… but I do not personally enjoy those things and this fragrance is not for me. I think many would adore it though, it is a beautiful perfume

I love a fig note, this is a soft ripe fig that opens with a little bit of crispness from the cardamom and pink pepper. It dries down into a velvety soft skin scent on my skin. Very versatile. Great longevity for me!

I’ve been on quite the fig journey, and I saw Sirius recommended a few times on the different frag subReddits. The notes sounded intriguing and led me to placing my first order with Maison des Animaux. Totally lives up to the hype! Sexy, edgy, woody-gourmand rounded out with the fig.
So gorgeous! Warm, soft but just a teeny bit spicy. I love fragrances with a hint of a tea note and the tea in this one is just perfect. The dry down is so good / I can’t stop sniffing my arm! Ordering, shipping and packaging are top notch.
This scent is perfect for day or night. The sandalwood is subtle. The fig is just right. It's not too sweet but still has a soft edge.

My two favorite scent notes are sandalwood and fig and this fragrance brings them together in such a warm, cozy way! The fragrance fades from my skin after a few hours, but lingers on my clothes for days.
