This scent is a bit further out from my normal wheelhouse— I’m a gourmand person through and through, but this scent is interesting! I was looking for a scent that smells like the warmth of the southern countryside; a sort of gentle, fleeting, warm sweetness that I don’t quite know how to describe, and I had hopes this would fit that! The opening notes are bright and sweet, very nice. I wish these notes stuck around longer! The dry down is a complex semi sweet, earthy type of scent, but there’s a sort of baby powder smell? And it’s really throwing me off. I noticed this powdery scent in the base of the sample i received as well, so it’s gotta be something used in the base of the blend. Overall, i like the smell! But it’s not quite what I expected, and unfortunately did not meet the southern countryside scent i was looking for. I’d wear it for layering, but most likely not on its own and i most likely won’t repurchase— It’s just not my type of smell! The shipping was super quick though, and the packaging was very sleek and pleasant to look at! I’d definitely recommend this house to others, but I will most likely look to a different house, as there is just something in the base of their blends that i’m not crazy about.
Prairie is pure joy in a bottle. It truly smells like sun-warmed sweet grass—like you’re stretched out in the golden light of an open prairie, surrounded by gentle breezes and blooming wild things. The honied fig and pear blossom add a soft, fruity sweetness that’s perfectly balanced by the herbal freshness of fennel fronds and matcha. And the angelica—wow. This is the most beautifully rendered angelica I’ve ever smelled: earthy, bright, and grounding in the best way. The tonka adds a warm, creamy finish, tying everything together in a scent that’s both refreshing and addictive. Prairie feels carefree, light-hearted, and effortless—like the kind of day where time slows down and you just breathe.
Wearing this makes me feel happy, centered, and completely at ease. A true 10/10.
I’m not even being hyperbolic — this house doesn’t miss! Prairie takes the desire for that nostalgic scent of barefoot-in-the-grass, Big-Sky-ranch-at-dusk and turns it into something wearable with the addition of enough honeyed fig to keep it from being sharply green or vegetal, and enough matcha to pull the fig back down to earth. They’re just masters at this, and it’s never a surprise when it’s this good.
This fragrance is well-balanced but not what I expected. I wasn’t expecting it to be as sweet, and wanted more sharp, green grass, or dry soft woods. Still a unique fragrance but not what I was expecting.
Musky and grassy in such a nice way. I plan to skin test it a few times. Its a dry down is geeat,,

This wasnt a favorite of the scents I sampled, but its not because of the scent itself. 100% personal preference! It definitely lives up to its description and is a very pretty, slightly sweet grassy scent; like standing in the middle of a flowering summer prairie.
I blind-bought a travel size of this on a whim after getting an Instagram ad. I was a little skeptical of this random brand, but the name and the notes sounded enticing because I've really been craving a perfume that was grassy but warm and dry, almost haylike. Other perfumes with hay notes have not appealed to me. This one really hits the mark. It smells like a meadow at noon on a hot day. It's sweet, but not cloying. The grass is there but like I said, there's a dryness to it that really reminds me of hay. It's not at all an aquatic green note and it's not "fresh-cut grass" either.
Overall beautiful scent for summer and I see myself purchasing a full bottle when I run out.

My favorite from this house
I was really excited about the sweet grass and matcha scent combo! I was expecting something like a summer breeze with hints of honey and a green/hay smell. The honey scent definitely comes through, but the only other scent I recognize is something reminiscent of baby powder. Not a bad scent overall, but not what I was hoping for.
Fresh. Warm. Clean. Vibrant. Evokes nature, but movie magic nature. Meadows lit by hazy sun, fields without mosquitoes. Would love to spritz this in my living room or stash a Prairie reed diffuser on my bookshelf. Can this please be a home scent?
This was exactly what I wanted for early fall! This reminded me of being young and playing in the hayloft. It is the perfect amount of sweet grass with a touch of dustiness that gives it more texture than anything. It’s a warm afternoon in late September.
It is very pungent and reminiscent of a Victorian tea room instead of the prairie. It needs something fruity to cut through the pure sweetness of the scent. I think it will layer well, but on its own it’s not my favorite. I enjoyed the sample of Limerence that came with it better!
I have been searching for this perfume. This is everything I have ever wanted in a fragrance. I have never smelled anything even similar to it. This smells like the most perfect warm late spring sunset and your barefoot in a foot of tall grass with not a care in the world. I’m now obsessed. I got the 10 ml and will surely buy a full bottle and maybe a backup. I also got cloud breath, love it too. But WOW this one does it for me!!! I’m now going to need to try all the others!
this scent is great, it feels clean and fresh just like the feeling of the air blowing through a prairie. Perfect for spring/summer. I also received a sample of another scent to try which was a pleasant surprise!

I’m not typically a green/grass fragrance fan, but was intrigued by the fig and matcha notes, so I added it to a sampler box, and found this to be surprisingly good! The greenery is light and balanced well with the fig & vanilla. Great daytime spring/summer scent, and great performance.
not what i was expecting based on the top notes... the honeyed fig is STRONG. personally this is not the scent for me, but longevity is great.
A gorgeous warm and green scent.
I’ll confess I was nervous about the grassy notes because it’s allergy season and I didn’t want the association, but this is a beautiful fantasy grassy field with a smooth vegetal matcha and slightly sweet fig to round it out.
Wore it to the office and it brightened up my day! Reminds me of a more nuanced agrestic Matcha 26. Strongly recommend.

This scent was my favorite in the sample set I got. Its like warm sun in a blooming meadow, a sweet breeze blowing through the grass. Its so pretty, and airy. Yet has enough weight to stick around. Definitely full bottle worthy.

Bought this first in a sample size, fell in n love with it, and just ordered a full bottle. I think this will be my signature scent this summer. It is lush with sun and the sweetness of cut dried grass, ripe fruit, and it lasts forever. It feels like a sexy, lazy picnic in the sun.
