MDA has created the most beautiful and unique honey, vanilla and musk fragrance. Berries and clover open this scent up bright and almost like a ray of sunshine. the honey is soft and delicate with hints of sweet orange blossoms. Smooth and incredibly angelic, this is heavenly. Scent bubble and sillage moderate first 3 hrs. Longevity 8hrs ish. It was an instant LOVE
Beautiful warm and sweet opening, nothing giving away too much. But as she opens, she embraces with skin-musks, nothing overbearing. Some honey sweetness with a floral that sits to support it all in the background. This scent is your favorite woman at the office you’re always happy to see. Still, sophisticated enough to wear on a date night. Versatile, and lasting dry-down.
I love this fragrance! Celeste captures the soul of the Oregon Country Fair in a bottle to me- sun-warmed meadows, sweet clover, golden honey, and the kind of carefree joy you carry with you long after the music fades. The opening is bright and warm with clover and orange blossom honey, kissed by just a hint of tart red berries. It’s playful but grounded—never too sweet, just effortlessly charming. Then it settles into the softest, closest-to-skin drydown: musky, creamy vanilla and ambrette that feel like sun on your shoulders and laughter in the air. This scent feels like a memory—barefoot afternoons, wildflowers in your hair, dancing in the grass. It’s comforting, nostalgic, and quietly addictive.

It took about 3 hours to dry down to the base notes on my skin and settle into the soft musk and vanilla. I wish the beeswax was more waxy-smoky and less sweet, but that's a personal preference. It's a nice scent that reminds me of an ivory cashmere sweater in winter.

I have a very hard time with sweet fragrances, especially honey notes, but Celeste is a dream. Im so happy I sampled it. A lot of fragrances use imagery of “cozied up with a soft blanket, a book, and a warm drink”, but this is the first scent that truly felt like that to me. This could easily be a year round fragrance, but I feel like it shines best in the fall. When I smell this, it makes me feel like Im wrapped in an orange waffle-knit blanket on the couch, windows open on the crispiest fall day, with an orange cream candle burning nearby.

Another love from MDA. I got a discovery set and they sent extra samples. There is only one that I can not wear, a few that are good but just not quite me (though still excellent) and then I bought 4 because they kindly sent me a discount code for an order with a review). Celeste is lovely. It's warm and soft and soothing and feminine without being too feminine or floral which is not my thing. Celeste is perfection and lasts a long time - like nearly all MDA fragrances. Theses sisters know what they are doing.

This is a gorgeous fragrance! It is light, creamy and elegant.
I sometimes struggle with honey as a fragrance note, but it is done so well here! I think the sharpness of the berries tones down the sweetness from the honey, and they just combine to perfection.
This was my favorite scent from my discovery set. Very rich and warm with a touch of sweetness that is perfect for any season really!

Honestly it is hard to decide between Celeste and Cloudbreath to which one is my favorite. CELESTE is beautiful combo sweet and fresh without being overly sweet or too powerful. It's beautifully done. It reminds me of sitting outside on a warm sunny day next to my flower garden with the bees hard at work collecting pollen. This will get you out of your winter blues.
One spray on a tester strip and this went right on my skin - unbelievable!! I cannot stop smelling my wrist. It seems like the simplest notes, but they are done in the most creamy, delicious, elegant way possible. I've never smelled anything like it and will be buying a full size now!
This SCENT. From the moment I sprayed it, I was in love. Instant mood brightener, happiness maker, and sooo comforting. Like summer afternoons when the bees are buzzing lazily and the cat's sunbathing near the flowers. I can't stop sniffing myself. MDA, just take all my money. Celeste is liquid gold.
The first time I wore this it was alright… a few weeks later I tried it again and my god! I didn’t even pay attention to the notes. After the dry down it took on this sweet vanilla with a hint of gardenia almost. If I smelled it straight on it was powdery vanilla. If I smelled around it, that gardenia smell would appear. This is such a beautiful and complex fragrance. I will definitely be ordering this along with a couple of others.
Initial spray is super clean smelling. A hint of green clover and orange blossom tied together with musk. To me, it smelled like a light floral lotion on freshly washed, still damp, skin. The scent stays very close to the skin. After it has been on the skin for about an hour it develops into a clean musky vanilla with a hint of amber. There’s a slight powdery note to it, which usually turns me off, but it works here. As it fades further, by the 7/8 hour mark, you are left with a warm vanilla. This was moderately long lasting, faded noticeably about 6 hours in, but lingered for the rest of the day! It was still noticeable when I took a shower 12 hours after application and it is lingering on my clothes.
While this fragrance didn’t “wow” me, it is a great scent especially for the price. This is a fragrance I would grab on those days you don’t want anything overwhelming, but you want to smell “good”. It is clean, fresh, and close to the skin. I will probably add it to my collection for those days when I’m not sure what else to grab.
Packaged securely and beautifully, Celeste is an excellent buy. The scent is warm and comforting. I'm regretting not ordering a larger bottle!
