Lab Notes 7 July
Every launch is an exercise in patience and problem-solving, but this one has been a doozy! This episode featured fun with manufacturing disasters, the great tonka bean shortage, and the evergreen crises of confidence when it comes to finishing decisions.
We don’t have a final date, but I think it is safe to say early to mid-August, and we’ll post more as soon as we have a lock on our bottles in their final stretch. That said, Bossa Nova is coming soon ❤️🔥
One thing we heard from early testers: Bossa Nova is the most MDA fragrance ever. Squeal!!! We love hearing this. Bossa Nova is a house favorite and it is a joy to hear some people feel our voice is genuinely and clearly established in lightly sweet, tobacco and woody warmth. Notes include toasted coconut, orris, vanilla, tobacco, sandalwood, oakwood, black tea, tonka, leather.
